Hand and Stone

The only problem that we had was that there was no electric. Although it was probably very difficult for the staff, they made it very enjoyable. There were candles near the doors to light the hall and Franklin placed music on his phone until the electric was back up and running. To keep me warm and comfortable, he kept placing warm towels on my back. I was very impressed with everything considering the circumstances and will definitely be asking for Franklin again. He is the best hands down!!!

I was impressed with my therapist. He really was qualified in helping me with my issues. Also very impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was. The spa was very clean and I felt very comfortable.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The appointment request was smooth, the wait time was not too long. Everyone was very nice, accommodating, and informative. I had a massage and facial and they were both excellent services given by warm and friendly people. I signed up for the membership because I plan to come back over and over! Thanks!

Jackie is a wonderful massage therapist. She is very skilled and always checks to make sure she is not applying too much pressure. She has a very friendly, upbeat attitude and it is like visiting an old friend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Massage helped relieve my back/shoulder pain.
