I used to have a membership, but since the prices are so ridiculous I cancelled, but still had massages on my account. I was told they were not usable unless I rejoined. This is silly because I already had paid for them, and now you basically were bullying me into another membership. They did resolve it but charging me and then refunding, and making the massages points on my account. BUT now there is another problem, they are not transferable to my husband. What a racket. Also I loved my massage therapist, but the massage itself was only 45 minutes.

Overall I appreciate. I prefer 90 mins not sure if I get the full 90 mins each time. However, it’s additional so between the monthly membership increase and extended time price I need to see if this is beneficial.

I was very happy with Otisa's massage and the overall experience. The only thing I noticed was the floor under the table where I was looking when I would open my eyes was really dirty. I'd still come to her as often as I can, it's just something I noticed.

Ice place

Services I feel are not fully explained and pricing is very confusing for extra services. I never feel fully aware of pricing. Also reward points are never offered to be used or redeemed. I’m not even sure what points can be used toward because they are never explained or offered to be used toward any services.

The massage began at 12:05 and ended promptly at 12:50. I was also there 10 min early.

The reception area is in need of some improvements. The chair covers are dirty and the plants had multiple dead leaves in them.
