I’ve had a very good experience with Yanea but can never get an appointment with my specific therapist. I was told by receptionist that I need to book 3-4 weeks in advance which is quite annoying. I want to be able to get a massage if I’m having a problem or particularly hard day. Either you need more therapists or another store in the area

I felt as though the staff was more concerned about selling products than about me as the customer. However, the service was good. I will be returning.

Service and skin care products are too expensive. I wanted to buy more, but combined with the cost of the facial it was way to costly. I did love the results of my facial though and my esthetician was amazing. I bought the skin cleanser and love it, especially the fragrance.

Relaxation massage was performed as expected and results were achieved. The therapist was knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I enjoyed my time of relaxation.

I enjoy the establishment. I felt as though I was being "pressured" into buying more expensive packages when I only went in for a traditional facial; however, I was happy with my upgrade and glad that it was suggested.

I booked a facial with microdermabrasion. This is the second time in a row that the esthetician forgot to do it. It was removed from my bill though.

Everything was great as far as customer service and treatment. But, there was loud laughing and talking amongst other customers and staff right near area of room I was in. My esthetician did have to step out to address same.
