My back was a little sore after.

I'm currently not able to work as much as I'd like to. The cost of my monthly payment is going to cause me to have freeze my account for a while. I do not plan on cancelling my account but I'll need to freeze it for some time

I always find that staff congregate behind the desk Laughing and talking Completely disrupting the relaxation prior to massage

I wasn’t giving my whole hour for my massage . Other than that everything was great. That was my only concern.

During my facial Steam was not used and Was not offer any upgrades, very rushed.

I went in expecting to pay an extra $25 but found out it was $115 extra. This was quoted by the person I booked with. The receptionists at checkout were very kind and helpful but I was not expecting to pay $90 more than I was quoted. It was not a good experience due to that. Everyone else was friendly and knowledgeable.

Therapist is exceptional. Front office staff is often late opening the store, I book the 1st appointment & often the store opens 10-20 minutes late. And they’re not apologetic about their lateness at all

I was very satisfied with my experience at Hand & Stone. The only thing I would say was that the massage therapist asked a few questions regarding what I may like during my massage and one of the options she gave was not then followed through with. Next time I will remind the therapist, but I will definitely be returning.

I felt like my service was less than 50 minutes. My appointment was 11 am and I was done at 11:40 am.

The overall model of upselling or discussing alternative treatments right before a session is draining. I just wanted to relax, which is why I booked a spa service. The 30+ minutes i spent waiting for my scheduled appointment could've been used for reception staff to discuss my needs, etc. The whole process took way too long. My esthetician did a great job once she got started; however it's not worth the hassle.
