Massage therapist didn’t seem very friendly. The massage was great but he just didn’t seem like he wanted to be there.

It wasn’t the full 50 minutes for the service. I was finished in 44.

I have had many many facials over the span of my 64 years. This facial was average - I just didn't feel that the techniques/pressure of the massage/examination of my skin was to the par that I am used to...

This is the 2nd time I had Kevin. The first time he used a percussion gun I asked for on me. But it was so hard it left bruises on my leg and I had to start going back to my back doctor. I never ask for Kevin for that reason. Stephen and Adam and Tim. Amazing. I did a couples massage w my 17 yr old daughter just so she could learn how it goes n a Mother’s Day gift to me. And as soon as I saw Kevin n Tim. I took Kevin and thought no way am I letting him hurt her back. And my left butt bone and hamstring have felt black n blue and I so much pain from just his hands. I just wanted and needed to tell someone. He has no bedside manner. Very disengaged during the whole session. Barely uttered four words. No music. The room felt hard to relax in. And I literally felt like I came in to just get lubed up on most my body but the side of ky legs. Wow that’s when he massaged me apparently too much again. He stuck on one knot on ky shoulder for so long w so much pain just constantly flicking it. What school did he go to? Because Stephen and Adam. Don’t flick knots over n over again hoping it will miraculously pop out.

Really my only concern was the appearance of the store. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It just looked kinda dingy in the reception area.

There is constant confusion. We had an appt for a couples massage and they had us in 2 separate rooms. We arrived and they were hustling to put us in the same room. This is a constant problem.

It was my first time there and could only compare to previous massages done elsewhere

My massage this experience was good but I have had better massages at this location in the past. The massage therapist did not introduce herself or tell me her name at any point during my appt. Normally, the massage therapist will ask if I want any add ons for my massage. I was not asked this visit, i had to ask myself. It was not a bad experience but I’ve had better experiences there before.

I have been to another Hand and Stone and it was much more relaxing. The music was too loud at this location and the waiting room had a lot of people, so it was noisy. The Hand and Stone in Voorhees is much more relaxing before the massage. The online form is way too long. I didn't even finish it because I couldn't get past the pregnancy questions, which did not apply to me, but when I arrived, I was told I had completed it. The carpet felt gross under my feet. I could hear people in other rooms talking.

I’ve been to a private massage place that was a littler more personalized. It included free use of a steam room and a shower if you wish to wash your hair of the oils from the massage . I like the environment of a private not chain location .
