I paid a discounted rate available during the holiday promotion and that seemed a fair price ($80) but I would not want to pay full price. Compared to other locations I think that there is a lack of ambiance in the reception area because it is so small and then you have people coming in to check in and talking. The room was clean, but again, lacked ambiance. The massage therapist did a good job and was very friendly… actually a little too friendly as she didn’t stop talking the entire time so it was difficult to relax. Overall, I wasn’t dissatisfied with the experience, but I wasn’t completely happy either. I think there are other places that have similar prices but a better value.

My massage therapist spoke my entire massage. I feel like they shouldn’t have a conversation for the entire massage. Was not relaxing. I don’t like to tell people what I do bc it opens up for a huge conversation which I don’t want to happen. It was very rude I think to talk to someone who is coming in for a relaxing massage. Very disappointed in that department.

The wait time during checkin was excessive. While the massage itself was excellent more bed side manner and less rushing the process would have been way more ideal. Specifically for the cost. Some people do these treatments for leisure. Others like myself do it out of necessity to maintain optimal mobility in life. If someone was kind enough to treat me because I can't afford it I did expect better/ longer service.

This service is getting too expensive for me to do on a regular basis. The massage therapist was wonderful and I would ask for her again. I was supposed to have a hot rocks massage but it wasn;t booked as such even though I wanted one.

The furniture and paint in lounge area was worn. I was worried about how the massage room would be when I saw this. Back of reception area seemed cluttered. Also was unable to book online because there wasn’t an option to put my spa finder gift cards on there

I love Hand & Stone and have been a frequent guest for years now but I purchased an add-on for the first time and although I'm not one to complain, I was disappointed. The scalp massage cost $15 which I assume should be performed anywhere between 5-7 minutes fairly, perhaps even 10. I didn't even realize I had one, I thought it was a part of the general massage until I asked him at the end and he said it was done.

Excellent service, friendly and personable customer service very neat and clean environment peaceful and I keep making my appointment to come back so I’m happy!

I requested not to have my scalp & face massaged with the online questions at check in and this was done! It caused eye irritation!

The massage wasn’t great, worst one I have ever had didn’t leave feeling at all refreshed. Room, bed and oil were all COLD!! Reception did great handling the issue with mix up and was very polite and eager to help.

After my session with Malaysia (who was wonderful!!) I waited at the reception desk to pay for an upgrade to my facial. There was a woman wearing a white lab coat with the receptionist. Neither acknowledged me while I waited, and I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting to pay. When they were finished, I asked about my balance and was told I was covered. I was unaware of how much was on my gift card and thought there was more on it..? I feel there was miscommunication between the receptionist and Malaysia, as well as the time I stood in front of 2 employees for some time without even "we'll be with you in just a moment"
