Hand and Stone

I called and scheduled 2 services for 10 am. One for my daughter, a facial and one for myself, a massage, at the same time. When we arrived, my massage was for 11, according to the front desk. I was crystal clear that the appnt’s were to be both at 10am. Luckily Adam was on his way in. My massage started 30 minutes later and my daughter had to wait for me to finish. I was offered a longer massage, however, I didn’t want my daughter to wait. Adam was great. I will schedule with him again. Malaysia was great in regards to the facial, however she did rip the skin off my daughters eyebrow, when waxing. It’s all scabbed up today. Apparently, she used new wax. Won’t be getting the waxing done in the future.

The pressure of the massage was not very strong at all. The therapist did ask me if the pressure was ok, and it was, at first, but it declined after a while and I didn't want to say anything at that point.

They will not accept my promo cards even though I purchased them as gifts and there is a pandemic going I was not told there was an expiration . I am very disappointed in Glassboro location

Would’ve preferred if the therapist that massages my husband wore a mask.. also she didn’t massage him so well

I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the is. The girl that did my facial was very knowledgeable and was nice and walked me through what she was doing and products she used.

The receptionist area is always congested. It’s always new faces and I never see managers/highly qualified greeters. Always new young girls who are gone within 2-3 months. I like stability.

I was very pleased with my most recent to the hand and stone in Turnserville. Debbie is extremely knowledgeable about how to treat the skin. She awesome!

About 6 weeks ago I scheduled an appt. with Jessica. I waited longer than I wanted to for an appt. with her. When I walk in the door I find out that I will have my massage with Letitia. Don’t get me wrong, Letitia did an amazing job. But since I booked so far in advance it would have been nice to receive a phone call re: the switch. Why give the option to choose a provider if the online appt. is not to be trusted. Patricia Zielinski

I scheduled a couples massage and facial and confirmed both two days prior verbally over the phone with a staff member and the morning of my appointment I confirmed via text. After arriving and getting my massage I was told that I did not confirm the facials and was unable to get them done. When i originally made my appointment the staff confirmed with an additional staff member to see if she could come in to do the facial and I was advised she confirmed and everything was set. It makes no sense that i would confirm the massages and not the facials.
