I was able to schedule my appointment quickly. The front desk staff appeared to be new, but did an excellent job communicating and making me feel welcomed. My massage therapist is awesome and I’ve had her for the third time already. I will definitely be coming back!

Massage therapist was very nice, but talked a lot. I really wanted to relax and not talk the entire massage. I would have felt more comfortable if my massage therapist was wearing a mask.

My room was cold so it made it hard to relax. So my problem areas still were in pain after I left. The cold makes my muscles tense.

I couldn't schedule a couples massage online and only one location would accommodate me. The price of $234 for a couples massage is ridiculous The website is very deceiving saying 109.95

Could not apply my points to an upgrade as I have done in the past at another location.

I was a little surprised that I had to wait 15 minutes before my therapist came out to get me

Just the lady on the phone when I made the appointment. She was not very friendly at all and seemed like she would have rather be doing something else.

Scalp massages and hot towels should be included not cost extra when you are paying that much. I was told last time if I joined membership they could charge me lower rate for that visit but this visit I joined bi monthly membership and still charged 100$. Also, most businesses give 60 minutes not 50.

The massage therapist talked a great deal even when I tried to stop talking. Every time she talked she would pause the massage to go into detail of her conversation. I asked for a firm massage targeting my neck and shoulder instead I got a very light massage and the shortest amount of time on my problem area.

Never had facial Before. Had several packages and was asked if I wanted to add on while there so I did. Not sure what to expect after.
