I think the massage time should start after you get undressed and when she comes back in with the pillows. Not when your scheduled time is. Also she needed to apply more pressure

I wasn’t highly satisfied with my hand and stone experience because I haven’t had a massage in a couple of months. I really needed and wanted some relax time reviling my stress. Because we talked the whole time I didn’t get to relax and enjoy my massage.

I entered at 3:50PM for a 4PM appt. The therapist did not take me until close to 4:15PM. I try not to get there late because all of our time is valuable. He made up for the time he was late but that late should be unacceptable but the front desk people.

I don’t know what you mean. I loved the massage I received and the store was clean and the girls were friendly.

Esthetician’s had a very good technique and was very friendly and kind but she failed to assess the waxing area before starting. She was unable to fully complete my Brazilian wax. She left patches of hair , used too much wax and had a different time removing it, and she didn’t wax my rear. I had to return the next day for my rear to be waxed. I would go again just request someone else.

1100 was the schedule time, did not get into room until 1117 with a start time of 1121, suppose to be 80 min. Massage ended at 1234, which seems to happen frequently (less than scheduled time). Also in previous 80 min I was able to use half of a package, this visit I was told that was not allowed and I could use 2 packages (which is ridiculous since I didn't even receive the full 80 min) instead paid an additional $32 for a massage that was just mediocre. Being a member for several years now, and with each massage not getting the full allotted time seems silly to keep paying for the monthly membership that I do enjoy approximately 1/3 of massages I receive.

I booked the appointment online, and then I called to confirm. They said I didn’t have an appointment. Later that night, I was called saying I did. It was all very confusing and frustrating.

Sometimes the receptionist is very hard to understand. Especially on the phone. David the massage therapist breathes so loud it’s very distracting. But mostly everyone is fantastic. Jess, Joan, Sally. Great!!

Checking took about 15 min. Computer issues, didn’t know how to use both cards. Waiting time took away from the relaxation
