The location is in a strip center, and the waiting room is small, so it's much different than a real spa. But the facial was great! And I liked the products she used.

I was not able to get a massage which is what I wanted. I have 9 massages to still use and put my membership on hold. I wanted to have a spa day with my 3 daughters and you could not accommodate us.

My appt started late. By the time I got on the table it was 12:15. They wetter running late and I didn’t get 50 min.

I feel the price keeps going up and may not be able to afford monthly payment

Receptionists act like high school children. Can't use member packages to purchase products.

I arrived early and my therapist didnt have a appointment before me. So if she is just there and so am i. I dont think i should still have to wait 30 min till my appointment time. She isn't going to take another appointment with 30 min left till mine.

Only because I feel an enhancement should be added to your massage time. My enhancement actually took time away from my massage time. That was disappointing and Don’t think that’s how it should work.

Customer service lacking

There's always room for improvement. Not being able schedule my appointment on line bothers me. I pay for an hour facial, I expect an hour of service that doesn't include checking and and the esthetician preparing for me.

The room wasn’t set up. So she had to keep going in and out and it was noisy. Not her fault.
