To me, highly satisfied would be that the experience went over and above my expectations and I cannot say that it did. It was pretty much what I expected. To exceed my expectations, more pampering touches, a waiting area apart from the reception area, an area to pay private from the reception, fresh water bar with lemon etc. Also, I upgraded my services and I felt the upgrades were a little skimpy for the price paid. I will say my esthetician gave a very nice facial massage, nice and long, which often many do not do this.

I was satisfied, no issues with the appointment. Staff was great and very polite. I will be returning again for another massage.

Massage therapist took me to room and asked me about pressure etc. she left for me to get onto table. When therapist returned it was a different therapist and she just started to massage

It was good. It wasn’t absolutely amazing but it was good. This location has greatly improved since it changed hands and hopefully will continue to do so l. While I wasn’t blown away it was a huge improvement over prior visits. I’m not sure I’ll ever be blown away aka “highly satisfied” with a chain massage location.

Quality of the facial was not great. I have had better. The massages I get are fantastic. This was my first facial here.

No reason

The front desk did not know what add ons I could trade a package in for. She also couldn’t figure out how many packages I had left. The Esthitician talked about politics and police profiling. While our opinions agreed I found it distasteful to bring it up.

The fan was on in the massage room and it is very hard for me to relax when I am cold. I thought my massage therapist was one of the kindest therapists I have ever met and he put a lot of effort into making me feel better and relaxed, but unfortunately I did not enjoy his techniques very much. I had a rough time relaxing, mostly due to being cold, so I feel like I wasted that money and didn't get as much out of it as I was expecting. But again, he was friendly and very caring about helping me.

Appointment was more than 15m late. Receptionist was nice but not hospitable. Music wasn’t loud enough, actually. Could hear other people speaking and coughing from another room.

Too much confusion with requested therapist not being available and also billing errors with my packages and my account.
