The person who checked me in did only that. I was never given paperwork to fill out so that took time away from my facial.

Over the phone I booked a Himalayan salt massage for a price of $89.95. I’m almost certain I just received a regular massage for introductory rate of $59.95. However I was still charged the Himalayan price. I didn’t really think about it until later.

My appt. was scheduled for 8 p.m. However, my services did not begin until 8:20 p.m. Although, the services were exceptionally good I would have appreciated more respect for my schedule shown with the acknowledgment of the delay.

I have had many issues overall with hand and stone such as using the online booking features, appointment issues (I was double booked), being recommended the wrong products for my skin type and issues, etc, and although I love the staff and the esthetician I see now at my local hand and stone, too many issues have happened for me to be highly satisfied with the company overall.

Receptionist did not make me feel welcomed. Seemed bored with being at work and it was early in the morning. One of the better facials I have had there. My skin felt great afterwards! Just the right amount of product applied. However, the esthetician did not provide any feedback concerning the condition of my skin; ie. looked dry, needed moisture, etc.

Bed was not heated
