The most significant reasons for my very high rating was the quality of each of the employees I encountered. Beginning with the person who answered the phone to book my appointments and continuing to both my esthetician, Shannon and masseuse, Portia.

Receptionist Imari handled my issues swiftly and professionally. My afternoon appointment was cancelled bur I was not proactively informed. Imari listened to me and did her best to make the situation right for me. I would hire her in a heartbeat

Effective patient satisfaction and quality care. Able to help with relief and ease of pain. Also help with relaxation.

The therapist was knowledgeable and intuitive during the massage process. Her speed, pressure and verbal communications during the massage made for a very comfortable experience. The wait time was very acceptable. The overall atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. From the music to the aromatherapy, the massage was a 10 out of 10.
