“One hour” is really only 45 minutes after the “consultation” that lasts a 1-2 mins.

my satisfaction is because I have an amazing Massage therapist in Gaven. He provides an excellent massage every time I see him. He is pleasant and very knowledgeable. I will continue my visits as long as he is in the building.

The receptionists were friendly, patient, professional and helpful. The therapist was professional, quiet (some talk too much), answered my questions and and acted on my request for focal points. He was excellent! I felt good afterwards and great, the next day!

My massage therapist, Demario, was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and applied the right amount of pressure. He attended to my problem areas and I left feeling great.

My therapist was very knowledgeable and helped me relax. The massage oil was just right! The music was very calming and low key; not intrusive.

The desk staff members were very welcoming. In a short time David invited me to a massage room, and in a very friendly and professional manner introduced himself, told me how to prepare, asked me if I had any special needs, and asked about the amount of pressure I would like, and exited. Upon returning, David began the treatment with minimal talk, other than asking me if I was comfortable and inquiring about the amount of pressure. He answered the questions I asked. My session was perhaps the most satisfying massage I have ever had, and I have had many in Raleigh and elsewhere around the country. I recommend H&S and David in particular. I will return.
