I understand the therapist and the franchise have to be careful not to do more than the client requests. i am a runner and have been able to have my quads and hamstrings worked on. Late!y this has not been the case. does not benefit me as in the past. Will consider finding g a private practice they will accommodate what I need.

Gavenn was excellent - he knew exactly where to work to alleviate my back & knee pain. I felt so much better afterwards, and haven't had another tension headache in over a week.

The customer service was awesome. My massage therapist should be known as the muscle whisperer. It was an overall pleasant and relaxing experience. I can hardly wait for my next appointment!

Been going there a long time and this was hands down best massage ever.

I really enjoy my membership. I didn't take advantage of it at the beginning but I am utilizing the benefits a lot more to help with my various issues. Gavenn is my current massage therapist and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my problem areas. He does an amazing job!!

I booked a couples massage for my mom and me for our birthdays. We had a wonderful experience and left feeling very relaxed. We loved our experience and had a wonderful time.

I rather tell you what I am dissatisfied with. You send way too many text/email reminders. I love to be reminded ONE time maybe even twice but once I have confirmed don't keep reminding me.
