Hand and Stone

The first time I’ve had this therapist and she was great. Exactly what I asked for with most attention on problem areas. The pressure was firm and perfect for what I needed. Maybe my best massage with Hand and Stone to date.

I had a difficult day and was running late for my appointment. On my way there I received a call letting me know that they were able to move me to another time a lot so that I would be able to receive my full service. It made by day. Elise was excellent. I usually go to Jackie so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I wasn’t disappointed at all.

My therapist was very friendly and kind. She did a great job asking what my “needs” were and then attending to them. She was professional and courteous during my visit. I really enjoyed my visit.

I have osteoarthritis in my lower back and hips. My massage therapist knows where my trouble spots are and how to loosen my joints when needed, and gives a great relaxation massage as well. On an earlier visit, my aesthetician directed me to a product you carry that does wonders for my rosacea, replacing an expensive medication recommended by my dermatologist.

My services were exceptional. I left relaxed and feeling like I spent my money well.

Kristin was so friendly and professional. She shared with me the areas on my face that were really dehydrated. Due to an upcoming surgery, we agreed that I should return when I’m healed!

I thought it was very professional and friendly! The facial felt good and the easthatician was great. I was satisfied with the results!

All the massage therapists I've seen (three total) have been excellent. The facial was okay, but I'm just not a facial person, nothing to do with the service itself. I did experience a problem last time I went. I tried to use a gift card I had purchased last year around the holidays. The card would not pull up. The receptionist Rebekah, was super nice and helpful. We both worked on resolving it for a while. She had an idea of why it wasn't working and reached out to the IT department for further assistance. I tried to access the transaction where I purchased the gift cards via old bank statements but had used a credit card that was no longer active and did not have access to the online statement anymore. After almost 30 min I paid another way and left, Rebekah said she would try to figure it out and gave me a discount for that days service for the inconvenience. 20 min later I got a call, she had figured it out and activated the cards for use (there were multiple cards from that purchase!). The staff there is so awesome. Highly recommend H&S to anyone and love getting friends and family gift cards there!

Liz was excellent. It was late on a Sunday afternoon and everyone was pleasant and helpful. I decided to become a member and plan to get a monthly facial.

Ben was absolutely fantastic! He made sure I was comfortable and the pressure was good throughout the appointment. He listened to the areas I wanted focus on and he made sure to focus on those areas. It was a great experience all around!
