I had a great experience and felt relaxed and rejuvenated by the time I left.

Shannon did a great job. My only feedback was that it was not clear to me that she was providing a service that would require me to use two packages. I might have made a different decision on the facial she provided. She said, that her recommendation would use a "full package" and I was good with that (I was expecting that)...not understanding that she meant ANOTHER (second) full package. Fortunately, I had an extra package....otherwise this would have been an out of pocket expense.

Alaina is awesome , excellent job so nice to talk to as well. Always fixes my aches! Very attentive

My massage therapist is great at treating my problem areas as well as delivering an overall relaxing experience. The check-in/check-out experience is very easy, although I must say it is difficult to submit the pre-service forms on my iPhone (an iPad works better). The spa is clean and calming, and the receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
