Hand and Stone

This was the best massage I have ever gotten. Sam was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I usually use female massage therapist, but I will be going back to see Sam from now on.

The aesthetician was excellent!

Aesthetician, Nuvea, was friendly, knowledgeable and very good. She did try to upsell the facial, but no hard sell, which is probably what Hand & Stone instructs her to do. I will definitely come back for another facial from Nuvea, but I look forward to a time when gloves are not required because of Covid restrictions.

Everyone was very friendly at Hand and Stone. The therapist ask me what I wanted to get out of the session and listen very carefully to my wants and desires. He made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and he relieve my pain in my neck area. Overall it was a very relaxing and productive massage session.

Everyone from the receptionist to the masseuse was kind and inviting. My masseuse was respectful and professional, especially with privacy. He applied the right amount of pressure & eased the discomfort at my problem areas.

Someone was in the room next door banging drawers around. It's important for the spa to be very quiet for me.

The therapist took time massaging the muscle that were in need to treatment.

I was able to get an appointment when I wanted it. Other Hand and Stone locations are virtually impossible to book an appointment at a convenient time.

The office was very clean and staff seemed to be keeping up with covid precautions. This was my first hot stone massage and Brianna listened to what my problem areas were and applied the right amount of pressure throughout. I signed up for a membership when I wasn’t planning to so that says a lot! Looking forward to another visit.
