I was very satisfied by the staff's friendliness. The ambiance was great when I first walked in. The massage therapists hands were made from heaven!! His pressure was great and made me feel very welcomed! I did not have any stress or tension when I left my appointment.

It was so easy to check in and I didn’t have to wait at all. The massage therapist was wonderful. This was my first ever massage and she was so great! I didn’t hurt or ache I was in heaven the entire time.

COVID safety practices that are in place, or I would not be in at all. Manuel has remained a great therapist, very knowledgeable, excellent listener to what is going on with what I need in the massage, and addressing these needs. I would recommend him to anyone!

Very friendly reception staff. COVID is taken seriously. Chris, massage therapist located at Falls of Neuse location in Raleigh is knowledgeable and overall FANTASTIC. On a scale of 1 thru 10, Chris is a 15. I would and have recommended him to others.
