Gavenn was professional and very skilled. He listened to my needs and was able to relieve the tightness I was experiencing. I don't like to talk during a massage and he respected that. I was able to focus on my breathing.

I enjoyed the overall ambience of the spa, very relaxing and comfortable! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere made me feel at home. My esthetician was extremely helpful with recommendations and advice on what steps to take to prevent the issues I was experiencing. This was my first ever facial and I was very impressed with how comfortable everyone made me feel, it was honestly one of the more professional experiences I’ve had at a service establishment.

I was highly satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge of my massage therapist, Gavenn. I have not had a massage in about 5 years and this was yet my best experience. I will be coming back frequently. Also, the atmosphere of the rooms set the tone for complete relaxation and isolation. Loved this location and experience.
