I enjoy the massages at Hand and Stone. I have been a member for several years now. A few weeks ago, I had to cancel appt. a few hours before because I began running a fever. When I called to cancel I was charged for the visit. While I understand the inconvenience and cost of cancellations, I was protecting the entire staff by not showing up regardless of my fever. If you review my historicals, I have never missed an appointment. Maybe in the future, consider offering long time members a one time last minute cancellation voucher.

The service I received from Victoria was excellent, very professional. She walked me throughout the process and when she was finished, I was able to see the difference, I felt amazing and I signed up for membership based on my experience with her. I also bought a new product that she recommended.

Laura, my therapist, always asks before my treatment if I have any specific issues that need her attention. She is highly professional, friendly, and doesn't just follow a regular routine.

I had a major back spasm before I came here, and Susan was able to work the back spasm out. I left feeling so much better.
