Front desk ladies were sweet, helpful, and professional. Therapist was knowledgeable, understanding, and perfect amount of pressure. Lobby was clean and comfortable, but could have used some updating and fresh paint.

Laura was great! I had a sore shoulder and she was able to loosen it up. She also suggested icing it afterward, which has helped a lot.

Is wonderful to access a masseuse who enjoys her work, and finds the sore spots without you telling. Afterwards you feel in heaven.

I was a little bit hesitant to visit a franchise place for facials but I ended up being very impressed with the work done and quality of products used.

Well it’s not like this is a 5 star Hotel. For me I worked at one for many years. If you’ve ever stayed or worked there you can see and feel the difference. Clermont is a more relaxed city. I came from Las Vegas. Can’t compare apples to oranges.

The customer service counter girls were very friendly and personable. Cheri Green does an excellent job on my face. She always tells me what I need and makes me feel beautiful. When I leave I’m very satisfied with what my skin looks like
