My specific issues were addressed with thoughtfulness. My therapist respected my need for relaxation and didn't speak too much. She offered suggestions afterwards to help with my issues.

The massage was relaxing. The music and ambiance in the room was very calming. Everyone is professional. All the rooms are clean and Tidy.

Receptionist feel you so welcome. Meridith listen to your needs especially on what needs to focused on. She is also knowledgeable and very professional. I also like the use of a cloth towel than the paper towel in the restroom.

Stephanie was an excellent massage therapist. Without my telling her, she was able to zone in on problems areas. She took her time and checked in with me to make sure the pressure was ok. The facility was clean, and reception at the front desk was very friendly

Jenny inquired about my problem areas and suggested what could work. After the session, I felt great!

My RMT was extremely effective and knowledgeable. I have very high standards for massage therapy and many years ago had a poor experience at another hand and stone location. My husband had been to this one several times and recommended I try it When I pulled a muscle in my neck. I’m so glad I went and I will be back. Leah was fantastic.
