Helen was amazing !!!

I think I felt very comfortable with the environment and my massage therapist. The massage was relaxing and helped take away some of my back pain

First time with a new(to me) RMT. She was more than appropriate in her questions prior to beginning the massage to ensure she could be of help to me. She met my pretty high bar for delivering.

Jocelyn my massage therapist was very skilled in her techniques and helped to alleviate my muscle tension

My RMT listens to my needs and is very effective in dealing with my injury.

Meredith is an exceptional massage therapist. Her ability to "read" the areas on my back that require attention and relieve muscle tightness and nerve pain is also exceptional. She ensures she understands what I need and clearly communicates what she will be working on and how. Her manner is always genuine, warm and caring. I am extremely grateful for the excellent massage service she provides and would highly recommend her to anyone.

From booking over the phone to friendly greeting at arrival to therapist knowledge and actual soothing massage, service was seamless. Will definitely book again in the next couple of months.

It was first time visiting the Lawrence branch. Right from the time slot available to the focus on my problem areas everything was perfect! It felt professional with a welcome and great knowledge about various joints and pains by my RMT (Lhea). She even showed me some stretches later on to do at home for the concern. It was completed within the time frame and could not have been anymore better!

Always on time with appointments. They were able to accommodate a free upgrade since our last couples massage was cancelled due to emergency with staff member.
