Grace is very good.

Had a great time, completely satisfied with the massage that i got. I posted my trip on social media and had a few people ask me which location. If it was worth it and of i would recommend...to which i saod yes you must go.

The people on the front desk were very welcoming. Chris was very knowledgeable, attentive and worked hard to address my specific concerns.

Good service from booking to confirmation to appointment time to payment time.

The room was very clean. The therapist did a good job. It would be even better if they billed directly to insurance.

Easy booking online, Jenny my massage therapist was great, very friendly , perfect balance of conversation. Please thank her! Only feedback i would have is the face rest was a bit uncomfortable, not sure if it needed to be lowered.

Elizabeth has been my aesthetician since I became a member. I have cancelled my membership because there is no H and S in the Port Hope/Cobourg area. Elizabeth knows me, knows my needs.

I have visited the Don Mills location for several years, and almost exclusively see Chris because of his knowledge and ability to treat my aches & pains. I have already recommended this spa & Chris to family and friends.

I have being going to Hand and Stone for over a year now and Judy, at Shop on Don Mills is excellent! Everyone one there is awesome and professional. Can’t wait to get back therr!
