Grace the massage technician is the reason that I am a client at Hand and Stone...she is amazing! The receptionist at this location on this particular day was very helpful and sweet as well.

the therapist kept asking me if the pressure was good and if it was sore etc.. I liked that. she found my pain points which is the whole point so that was good. I like the value for the money, I like the dark lighting. I usually go to Lucy but this time I was open to anyone, just to see if there was anything better. I found they were equally good but found things better that Lucy does and some things better that Jenny does. It would be a great idea for all of the therapists to share best practices so the customers can benefit from them. The chair in the room for the therapist was peeling and made the whole place look cheap. there was a lot of noise coming from outside.. people talking loudly

Chris is an excellent RMT, so much so that I recommend him to friends and strangers. He’s friendly, highly knowledgeable, has excellent client communication skills, always checking in with you for your comfort level and exposing everything. Best RMT I have had in years.

My massage therapist is Judy! She’s amazing and works hard at providing the best massage possible. She’s amazing and I have recommended her to family and friends.
