Hand and Stone

I was 5 minutes late due to traffic on the 401. I called to let reception know and they were very understanding and gracious about it. I would like to know if there is a store opening in Guelph Ontario

The overall spa ambiance is very appealing but I could hear louder voices from time to time. Booking and reminders are great.

Judy was very thorough and kept making sure the pressure was right. I left there so relaxed.

It seems that the insulation between service rooms is not very good. The next room over had a client that was incredibly loud and Judy had to go knock on the door and say it was too loud. Then they quieted down, and it was much better
