Craig was so friendly and knowledgable throughout my massage at Hand and Stone. I told him my exact issues and he tackled the problem areas right away. He was able to identify what exactly was wrong with my knees and explain it to me in a clear and concise way. (I have had an ongoing problem with my knee for 15 years and he is the only one to explain to me what is exactly is going on.) I felt so relaxed and overall much better after my massage, and in addition - I learned more about my body.

When I came in the door, all the staffs greeted me with a smile in their faces. The ambiance of the spa is very welcoming and relaxing. My esthetician was very easy to talk to and her hands were very light on my face.
