It was easily booked. The massage therapist was very good. There was very little friction in getting the appointment set up.

Always a very clean facility. The only complaint I have is that no matter how far in advance I book, I will often receive a call to change the time of appointment by 15 min. I heard this from another customer as well. I'm happy to accommodate if I can but don't understand why I can't just keep the appointment I booked.

Hand & Stone is a really nice place to pamper yourself, you will be literally in good hands. I received a relaxing massage and definitely I am going to repeat it as soon as possible. Once you set foot into the store you already feel relax and comfort.

I come to your location because of Grace (the RMT) - I have been coming to her for years because of her incredible service. She is kind, helpful and always addresses my needs perfectly.
