I have a membership for 3 years now and I get to know 4 massage therapists and 2 facial specialists. The place is always spotless, always on time, very good at what they do. I would like to mention Judy and Massasa.

The RMT - Khalid is highly skilled and experienced. His treatment was precise in resolving problem areas. Unique and effective!! Very friendly, talkative but just the right amount.

The therapist had extensive knowledge of not only the massage techniques but also physiotherapy. That knowledge helped her identify an issue I've been dealing with for a while and start the process to educate me as to how to address it. I was thoroughly impressed with the service.

Judy is always so professional and knowledgeable. Every time I visit, she manages to solve my issues and gives me advice on how to avoid them in the future. I will always book with her.

I have been to several Hand and Stone locations and this one has the best service. Plus this one has Lucy, who is the best masseuse I have experienced out of at least two dozen different therapists.
