The receptionist is very friendly and also the most knowledgeable one that I have spoken to thus far. Also the esthetician Masasa did a great job and my skin looks much better.

I am highly satisfied with my experience as it was easy for me to book my appointment, find availability for an appointment that fit my schedule, and I felt very relaxed during my massage. Lucy was very kind and attentive to my needs and gave me a heating blanket to stay warm. She put lots of warm towels on me throughout the appointment and I felt very relaxed. I just found wearing the mask uncomfortable while lying down but I understand it is for safety reasons.

Grace was very knowledgeable and treated my problem areas. She also gave advice on stretching to help prevent the tightness in my back.

Xin (Lucy) Zhao is my absolute favourite RMT, and really, the only one I will go to. (Her location is not the closest one to my house, in fact, it's like a 25-30 minute drive. Nevertheless, I will make the trek because she does everything right and gives amazing massages.) The front desk people are very nice and I really enjoy the overall services I receive. I look forward to my next visit.
