Very professional staff. The therapist was knowledgeable and knew exactly where the pain points were, without having me to explain. Kept the appointment right on time.

Left refreshed and stretched out problem areas. Only concern towels smelled like bleach

Facialist was friendly and knowledgable. She Studied my skin and suggested I only get the basic facial since I will be going for a chemical peel next week. Next facial at hand & stone I will upgrade to the Collagen Lift

Therapist is amazing!!!! Booking appt was a breeze though I think you should be able to book completely online.

Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience at Hand & Stone. From the receptionist and massage therapist, to the ambiance and cleanliness of the whole place (reception and room), I had nothing but a fantastic experience. Having tried multiple spas searching for one spot to keep going, I finally found the place I will be frequenting!

I really liked my massags therapist. She was very nice and friendly, knew what she was doing and really listened to my concerns. Lucy was amazing and when I book an appointment next time I'll ask for her.
