Hand and Stone

I live in Muskoka and will make arrangements to come see Lucy whenever time permits. I have had alot a massages but Lucy is by far the best!! The staff is also top notch!!

Sam is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and his therapy is effective and helps to relieve my pain. The receptionist(s) is also very polite, courteous and has excellent customer service skills.

My MT was strong and really worked my tight back and neck. She was quiet and relaxing and I found the experience to be helpful

The receptionist, Natasha, was very friendly and professional. My RT, Judy, was communicative and thorough. Her techniques suited my needs and relieved tension in much needed areas. Very happy with my experience from top to bottom.

Highly satisfied because Lucy is the best masseuse I have encountered in my many years of massages at not only Hand and Stone but at other spas as well.

Compared to how I was feeling prior to my visit, I'm feeling a whole lot better. It was great being able to get an appointment for the next day. The therapist even warned me that I may be a little sore the next day and advised having a warm shower to sooth any pains. No pain whatsoever, but I appreciated the heads up.

Not only was it very quick and easy to book my appointments but the massage therapist and facial esthetician were knowledgable and exteriors in their fields. I felt confident in their services and I have had great results. I'm definitely coming back! Thank you!!

The staff is always very friendly and are always accommodating. They are very good at booking appointment based on the time I request for a message. My RMT is Craig and he gives me a great message every. I never have to worry that he won't to a good. I like that we have a little talk before doing the message so he knows what needs to be done and what areas need to be focused on. Very happy that I became a member.

Judy took care of my aches & pains. She’s always so kind and caring. She’s a true pro.
