Appointment kept on time. RMT was friendly and did not try to engage in too much conversation during the massage which I greatly appreciated as it is hard to relax when they are constantly talking. Massage was great and helped reduce the pain I went in there to treat.

The receptionist is friendly. The place is very accessible. The therapist is very knowledgeable and gentle.

Christina Anderson did a wonderful job on the waxing service - Normally it is a very uncomfortable process but Christina made me feel comfortable and did the job very professionally. I am looking forward to my facial next weekend!

Robbie was fantastic! I told him where I was experiencing a lot of pain and he spent so much time working on them and adjusting pressure throughout the massage for my comfort with different areas. I’ve had massages here before and none of them were even close to this one. I honestly had given up on coming back to this spa but gave them one more try with the promo offer and I’m glad I did because I would definitely come back to see him again! Thank you Robbie for helping ease the pain between my shoulder blades!

Lucy does my massages. She is so attentive to me. She applies the perfect pressure, light, for my needs. I feel so relaxes after my massage. I also love the use of the hot towels. My skin is also so soft due to the oil used during the massage.
