Ease of making a reservation..get welcomed at reception.. knowledgeable therapist and asked if I was comfortable with every part being worked on.

Lucy is the best therapist I have had since I joined Hand and Stone. She solves the stressed area and still has time to do a great job with the rest of my body. my relaxed muscles last the longest after her massages and I experience no soreness the next day. Thank you Lucy, I’ll be back!

Karla was extremely knowledgeable and provided an excellent facial service. Lucy was an amazing Massage Therapist and addressed my concerns.

I had two services scheduled: one massage and one facial. My masseuse took note of my stiff shoulder and really paid close attention to work out as many kinks as possible. My facialist was very knowledgeable about my skin needs and educated me appropriately. Will be back for either service again, soon.

This was my third visit to Hand & Stone where I had a message with Craig. He is very good at what he does. I always feel so much better after I have a message done by him. He was the big reason why I got a membership. I have I increased my messages to 60 minutes from 50. I was slightly nervous during my first visit but Craig made me feel very comfortable.

Place was clean, receptionist was available upon our arrival, RMTs were knowledgable and professional. Being in the construction industry and design, I feel the rooms could be designed with better taste.
