My massage therapist Lucy was very attentive, checked in with me periodically making sure everything was okay (I.e., heat pad temperature, pillow elevation, massage pressure...e.t.c.), really focused massage on neck and shoulder areas like I had mentioned to her. Will definitely book again and request for her!

All staff at H&S are always friendly and helpful. Craig my RMT was very professional and polite. Quality of massage was excellent. Elizabeth was very nice and my facial was great

It would be great if there was more availability for the massage therapist Mark. He was excellent. If he was available more than just long weekends, I would get a massage more often!
