It was a relaxing experience. I enjoyed my massage therapist. She was very kind and friendly as well as thorough in the massage.

The massage therapist was very friendly, welcoming, and reminded me a couple times to let her know anything, whether something felt good or not. She was very easy to talk to. All of the staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. Booking the massage was very convenient over email.

My massage therapist Judy is very knowledgeable and hears what I tell her concerning my issues. Glad she is there.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room and ambience got me into the right mood to relax. The RMT was very knowledgeable and skillful in her work. She was also quite polite and accommodating as well. Not much complain about, if at all. Prices are fair, given the service/product provided. Although, one thing having to do with the facility itself, specifically the washrooms. It's not really a complaint, it's more like a note. The light switch in the washrooms is pretty down low and was kind of difficult to find. It didn't really bother me, but for a customer who might be a little less patient with such things. It might bother them. Other than that minuscule and unimportant note, I had a lovely time at the Hand & Stone Don Mills location. I'm looking forward to my next visit in June of this year. Thanks!

I liked the person who gave me my facial. She seemed experienced and knowledgeable.

My therapist listened closely my issues, current health problems, other treatments and my assessment of prior massage treatments. As I am in a painful period it was very helpful and collaborative aiming to improve my day to day.

It is not easy to move into a new community and attempt to find some similar comforts to the community you left - here I am, now in Toronto (from Edmonton), and lucky enough to find Hand & Stone where there technicians are wonderful and their prices are acceptable. I feel lucky!
