The convenience of the location. My facial was very realaxing. tHE STAFF ARE HIGHLY RESPONSIVE TO REQUESTS.

Massage therapist did a great job! I was glad he immediately asked me what I wanted to focus on, and actually stuck to my requests. The appointment did go a tiny bit short, but I was offered another upgrade card at the end, when I talked to the receptionist about this. I had originally redeemed an upgrade card but I guess there wasn't enough time for those 10 extra minutes so I will redeem it again next time. I had free aromatherapy indicated on my account, which the receptionist said I could redeem this time. But the aromatherapy never actually happened so that's fine - it will stay on my account for next time. And the receptionist was kind to re-print the receipt that she had printed in advance, because I reminded her that I had $5 off. At the end, the manager/owner offered me a free facial because of a birthday coupon question I asked while checking out at the front desk. Overall, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the owner to the receptionist to the RMT himself. I really look forward to returning to Hand and Stone soon!!! Knowledgeable massage therapists, courteous staff, inviting and relaxing rooms.

Grace was able to work on my trouble areas and provided exercises to assist in between services. She ensured during my service that I was comfortable and that her pressure was ok. I cannot wait to see her again!

Everyone was friendly. The ambiance was great. The massage was relaxing and the masseuse was professional. She didn't talk too much. She asked how the pressure was. I would definitely come back.

The therapist was great, in the top 3 of all different ones I have seen at any of the hand and stone location. Hand and stone goes beyond the norm with hot towels and bottles of water. Value for money helps my benefits go further.

The massuist Lucy was excellent, she new where the the pressure point were, she kept asking me how her pressure was. I sure would like to come see her again
