All was super-efficient and quick - from online booking and reply to actual in-office experience. Aesthetician was knowledgeable and helpful. Additional services were recommended for me but not pushed on me. Products were suggested for my skin type but not pushed on me to buy.

I go to Jamie at Don mills. She's amazing. I see her once a month. The staff is super friendly and my experience is great. I do wish they didn't increase the membership cost last year.
