The RMT who assisted me was over the top. He was more than knowledgable and corrected a severe pain/discomfort I have been suffering from for more than 3 weeks. I cannot thank him enough.

From the moment I booked the appointment to the moment I walked out, I felt like a highly valued customer...that this was all about me. The staff were friendly, but never pretentious, knowledgeable and approachable, as opposed to snotty, and that was in large part the reason I felt so relaxed. As well, there was communication all the way along, so I got exactly what I wanted. The best spa experience I have ever had.

I felt relaxed as soon as I entered the spa. The receptionist and esthetician were very welcoming. The esthetician took the time to analyze my skin and gave me suggestions about different facials I would benefit most from. The facial itself was fine very carefully and thoroughly leaving my face feeling clean, refreshed and radiant.

The therapist Jami was very attentive and did a great job! She checked in with me throughout the massage and adjusted the pressure according to ensure that I had a relaxing experience.

The service is excellent and staff is highly professional and friendly.I felt relax and will definitely more services of Hand & stone in coming days.
