Ami was wonderful! She was able to identify issues with my skin almost immediately and provided practical things I could continue to do at home to keep my skin glowing.

Ali is excellent. He focuses on areas of concern. It was helpful for my back spasm.

I like the way I am always greeted with a smile and the relaxed friendliness of the people who work the front desk. Very helpful and also gives a personal feeling that feels authentic. The skilled therapists are the true reason I go back. I like the way I can change therapist without feeling like I'm hurting anyone's feelings. I like being able to try different therapists and get to know their individual way of addressing my pain/body needs. I've been highly satisfied each time, however, Ali has really been a helpful part of my physical recovery routine - so a special shout out to him. It's great to have this service in the neighbourhood. I also really like the way you have the occasional last min special or deal with facials. I'm always keeping my eye out for them.

I usually experience stiffness on my neck and shoulders. This time I noticeably felt great right after the treatment and throughout the day. The therapist did an excellent job addressing my concerns.

the therapist Bunthom was fantastic! the only thing is she is not available outside of business hours (i work full time) and just happened to be available on this past Saturday.

Friendly staff. Quick check in. RMT was prompt and friendly. Listened to what I needed and verified areas to work on. Ensured pressure was good. Ambiance and massage helped relax me and ease aches and pains

The staff are excellent, and the facility is clean. The ambience keeps you at easy and the massage therapist gets you feeling way better than when you arrived. Amazing

I think we should get 50min of service excluding change of clothes. If you let us in at 5pm (sometimes even a couple of minutes late) and then have us change out of our clothes, the actual service doesn't start until at least 5:10pm. And then the service ends exactly, if not a few minutes before, 5:50pm, so we're getting - at best - 40 minutes of actual service for a 50min appointment.

I enjoyed the ambience, the reception staff and masseuse were very friendly. It would be nice if sessions were one hour. I've not experienced spas where they are only 50 minutes before. The location is very close to where I live but parking is available if I don't want to walk. I really enjoyed the hot stones. I've only experienced them with a pedicure previously.

The massage was great. I liked how attentive my masseuse was. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you again :)
