Queenie is really good. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would prefer to have a choice of type of product to use..only because I prefer aromatherapy oils instead of unscented one. It would also be better if we don’t hear or feel the washing machine in its spin cycle while trying to enjoy a relaxing massage.
