The massage therapist was excellent.

Fantastic RMT, he took time to learn the areas that needed most attention and consistently asked for feedback on pressure strength, pain, and areas that needed additional attention. At the end of the session he gave tips for stretches and relaxation between appointments.

RMT listened to my needs and tailored the massage to my specific requests. She was also knowledgeable about the specific muscles and their interactions to help me understand what was happening with my back/leg pain. Very helpful and gave me great confidence in what she was doing.

The ambience at the Leaside location promotes relaxation and wellness upon arrival. The staff is always friendly. The treatment rooms are simple but effective. I appreciate the lighting, heated bed, heated towels. My therapist was friendly, knowledgeable, provided suggestions for stretches I can do. He struck a good balance between checking in regarding pressure during the massage and allowing for quiet relaxation. I felt great after my massage!
