Thr value is very good for the price. In the past, I've not been as thrilled with my massage therapists but Ali, my last therapist, was excellent. I will be requesting Ali again in the future. All my facials at Hand and Stone have been very good.

My experience was outstanding. My esthetician, Ani was outstanding. She tailored my facial to me personally and made great suggestions. The facility was clean and beautiful. The room was quite and restful and clean. A perfect facial.

Just an all round great experience. The timing of the appointment worked. The massage therapist was great, knowledgeable, experienced. Continuity with him is important. The front reception exercised great customer service.

The woman that does my facials ( Ami ) is extremely good at what she does!!!!

Kazi always gives an excellent massage. He does not talk during the session unless checking on the intensity or warmth. He always give a thorough massage.

Jeri is my regular massage therapist and on this visit I asked her to concentrate on my lower body, specifically my glutes and legs as I had tightness in that area. She gave me a deep tissue massage that relieved a lot of those issues. I am going back in a week to work on my upper body. She is a very good therapist and I would and do recommend her quite often to friends and family.
