My appointment was on time. My massage therapist was awesome as always. And I always enojoy coming as Hand and Stone makes me feel welcome.

Lyne is an amazing aesthetician! I wasn't too happy after one of my sessions but she definitely made it right the last two sessions. I am visiting hand and stone because of Lyne and the care she takes!

Joanna is excellent. She knows the muscular issues that I have and she asks me about special areas to focus on. She asks me often about the pressure and how I am feeling.

There are only 2 therapists I like to go to at the leaside location and their availability that matches with my availability is limited. Often hard to get an appointment at the time/day I prefer.

Appointment was kept to time. Massage result was quite positive, I feel great and am not in pain anymore. Facials, which I'm not really a fan of, was not difficult and the results are nice.

Everything was perfect! Sabrina is the loveliest and kindest receptionist. Ali is an excellent masseuse who gives his work 100% effort and dedication. Extremely professional and kind.

Joanna who was my massage therapist does a great job of finding out what my needs are and focusing on the areas I need addressed. I came out of there feeling great!
