Ali was a great massage therapist. He was respectful and talked only to ask if pressure was okay (which it was- nice and string!). I would book with Ali again for sure.

Relaxing spa environment, clean and well kept. Friendly and professional staff. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service. Easy to book at relatively short notice.

As a result of my previous RMT changing her hours I had to switch and was very skeptical as I have had to go through this before and its a struggle. The new RMT was new to Hand and Stone but was very welcoming and friendly and did a good job. I think as she becomes more familiar with what I need she will be a great match. I will be scheduling another visit to continue building this relationship.

The first Hand & Stone location I visited was at Lawrence & Don Mills which is closer to me and it was a good experience. I visited the Laird location some time ago and also had a good experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly. My massage therapist was Ali and I will ask for him the next time I visit. He is intuitive, accommodating and completely released the tension that I was experiencing.

Everyone that works here from the receptionist to the therapists are so friendly. Dealing with Jeri over the past year and she’s amazing! She is so attentive to my massages and problem prone areas.

I found the reception area welcoming and the staff extremely professional and friendly. The staff also seemed to all get along well together. The esthetician was very good and suffered a foot treatment which I got and enjoyed. Professional, clean and friendly.

As always everything was perfect. Ami is a wonderfully charming, smart and caring esthetician. I always learn something and enjoy both the interaction and treatment. My skin is much improved for weeks after treatment. I recommend Hand and Stone and Ami to anyone who will listen.
