My therapist was easily able to treat all of my concerns extremely well after a short description of the areas of concern. He was friendly but did not “over talk “ . I was able to relax completely knowing I was in good hands . Overall my visit was to the facility was just lovely , thanks to all Of the staff!

I have been a long time member of Hand and Stone and find them to be very good. On this particular occasion I had to wait 15 minutes for my appointment, however still received my full time and given that this is the first time this has every happened I was not upset. I am a little disappointed that Hand & Stone has increased their membership prices, however given that the location is exceptionally close for me, it is not likely I will seek out other alternatives. Just disappointed.

My RMT was knowledgeable and explained what she was doing at various stages. She was friendly and accommodating as I had had bypass surgery 2 years ago and wanted only a light massage. The atmosphere was pleasant. The value to cost ratio was advantageous.
