Great service and, great massages. I am completely satisfied and, my body is feeling much better since I stared my massage therapy, especially, those areas of my body that have been injured s due to hockey. The massage therapist are very knowledgeable and skillful and, much gratitude to them for taking care of my needs. Much appreciation to Queenie and Joanne who have eased a lot of my pain and discomfort. A very big thank you!!

RMT was very knowledgeable about body musculature & able to pinpoint troublesome spots. Wonderful pressure & use of warm, moist towels. I was interested in solving a problem not in a “relaxing” massage & that’s what I got.

Ive been going to Hand and stone for at least a year now and overall a great experience. The therapist I had recently was Matt and he was very professional and did a good job with my request to do a full body massage with also focusing with my recurring sciatic nerve pain. I went home feeling so much better!! Thank you Hand and Stone!

I loved the cleanliness and calmness of the music in the room. The only thing that was missing for me was some sort of aromatherapy in either in a drop of a selection of essential oils bellow the face rest, or in the massage oil itself.
