The booking process was extremely easy and simple. The receptionist was polite and answered questions. The massage therapist was incredibly competent and knew exactly what she was doing. Very impressed by this visit! I’m even considering purchasing the yearly membership.

Clean and friendly. I like I can speak to receptionist to make an appt. I often jave massages at this location. However I find the quality of the massuse vary quite a bit. My last massage the massuae didnot do the back of my legs or my arms although I asked for a full body massgae and booked an hour. I do not want to be a complainer but I am wondering if there is a vehicle to commumicate this to owners. Any other time I have a massage I feel thwre is protocol unless I request otherwise. Another time the massuse was a man and he vommunicated to me he was depressed. His energy was not very relaxing. I know you cannot control this unleas you receive feedback from clientel. Mostly the massuse are good to excellent.

Very reasonably priced for a good massage. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to book online for preferred time and liked the text reminder feature.

Massage therapist was excellent. The lip wax, however, although the esthetician was professional and worked hard to do an excellent job ended up taking a layer of skin off part of my lip area! She thought the redness would go away but it is the next day and I have patchy sore red spots. I will call tomorrow for advice. Hope I can cover it for New Year’s Eve. Tonight.
