My massage was fine. I have had better. She was trying to accommodate my being ticklish. Not totally her fault. Facial was amazing. Relaxing and esthetician was very friendly

Kazi was excellent and even though I hadn't seen him in over a year (maybe 2??) he remembered me and remembered my issues. He used a hot towel to wipe down the oil after massaging each area which was very nice. I have never had that before. I also left my earrings in the room by accident and within the hour of me calling to see if they were there the receptionist called back to say they had been found and kept them aside for me. Great customer service!

I love Hand & Stone and refer all my friends to it. Great service and value for the money...no comparison. I also have a US membership. Ami is my chosen aestheticican and she is amazing. Thank you.

Reception was super friendly. My massage therapist massaged the problem areas. He was extremely professional.

The location is very convenient to my home. The staff and therapist were very professional and knowledgeable. The right amount of pressure were applied to exactly where I want it. My friend Wendy gamble is a regular and she is the one who suggested I try H&S.

I think that the staff are highly knowledgable and friendly. The rooms in the reception area was very clean and inviting. The therapist asked lots of questions at the beginning to get a sense of what I wanted and continue to ask questions to make sure that the pressure was appropriate.
